Dispersion Kneader

Dharam dispersion kneader plant is specially designed to meet the requirements of rubber, plastic and chemical industries, even since its introduction the kneader has enjoyed a reputable performance edge over conventional mixers, due to its excellent dispersion capability, distinctive tilting mechanism and compact common bed construction. This is entirely attributed to peculiar jacket construction, which develops remarkable cooling effect and low temperature mixing, a very important feature for rubber compounds. The design advantages are helpful in improving dispersion and in preventing scorching.

Palletizing Line

Palletizing Line is specially designed to meet the rubber, plastic and chemical industries.

* Application: PP PE pelletizing / granulating machine line is applied in PP, PE scraps pelletizing field. Through extrusion, cutting and dry process, the waste film scrap becomes pellets. The pellets are widely used in plastic industry, like pipe, sheet, and profile production.
* Extrusion: Double ranks
* Pelletizing type: Water ring pelletzing and strand pelletzing
* Capacity: 200 kg/h, 250 kg/h, 300 kg/h, 350 kg/h and 400 kg/h.
